Has anyone read this one by A. Korthals Altes and NKCA In't Veld? I picked it up at Borders for less than ten dollars. I've thumbed through it some and it appears to be pretty good.

YES, I do have it and Yes, I did read it. (Surprise, surprise) 
I found the book informative as I really didn't know too much about the individual battles that took place in these areas.
Some good battle descriptions and some good quotes. Well worth it for $10 for sure.
