Can anyone tell me wha tthis is?

In wehige Seekunden ist die Anhoehe erreicht und mit einem "Affenzahn" die Kuppe ueberschritten.

Affenzahn (literally "monkey's tooth" - don't ask me where this expression comes from) means high speed....
Reached the hill within a few seconds and passed the summit with high speed

Its slang and the meaning is "with very high velocity"; it is even today a phrase used in colloquial German
