That is what I thought I could read:

(The drawing seems to be of a room layout.)

#File
(Starting with the opening on the left in clockwise direction:)

Fenster - (window)
Bücherregal - (book shelf)
Schreibtisch - (desk)
Türe (zugenagelt) - (door {nailed shut})
Korbmöbel - (wicker furniture)
Blumenständer - (flower stand)
Kachelofen - (tiled stove)
Türe - (door)
S-W-N-O - (South-West-North-East)
Kleidersachen - (clothes stuff)
Kleider u. Küchenschrank - (wardrobe and kitchen cupboard)
Kredenz - (sideboard)
Waschtisch - (vanity)
Bett - (bed)
Nachttisch - (nightstand)

=====
#File1
Dein Bertl (your Bertl)
(could be the short form of the name Bertram, Robert etc.)

Interesting. Thats confirms that the 20 letters I have could very well be from Dr Hubert Schopper of The Wiking Division. I understand that he won the DKiS, one of only three from Wiking. :D
