Translation and info about teenage soldier

This was one of my first photos I acquired during my few years as an enthusiast for WW1 and WW2 history, I was amazed for the
very young look of this soldier, looks like he is no past 16 years old. I thought only during the last year of the war, kids were drafted into service. He wears an army uniform and a overseas cap, any other information about it that you can add will be greatly appreciated. I dont read german but I can only read the he refers to \
My dear lovely sister..., and which town or city he is refering to. First photo is signed on Nov. 1942 and the other March 43.

Hi, a sincere thank you to Hiltraut Tieden for your help on traslating this text.
This is why I love collecting photographs, such a tender and affectionate words of
a simple kid that life has turned him into a soldier to her dear sister. Not knowing what the war
will bring to him. A time capsule when his emotions are kept longer than his brief life.
I hope everyone can understand that most of this people were regular normal persons, that love and suffered,
fought and died for its country. Not all them being evil as stated for the propaganda machines.

A little on the dramatic side Vellocino, is there anything to suggest he was killed? Just as likely that he lived to a ripe old age isn't it? Tunic looks like '43 pattern late war issue.

Yes Annelie, you are correct, I am a Mrs. :)
But the majority here seems to be male, so it probably is assumed that I am too! :)
It does not really bother me, as long as I can help contribute.

Thank you all for the correction remarks, I'll try to leave the drama out next time, I guess I was a little blue that day. I sincerely apologize and appreciate Ms/Mrs. Tieden efforts. Sorry for the confusion about your gender.
I still call myself a novice learner about history and militaria collection, and thats the main reason I stop at the forum to learn from your posts and images.
