information about soldier Ottto Lange serving in West Caucasus in 1942

I am interested in exploration of events in the West Caucasus in 1942. I was there in August this year visiting sites and museums.
I found the stuff of a soldier ,probably an officer, whose war path may help me clearify the said events.
The name and address of this person is written on the shaving accessory and other belongings (it is badly visible but readable).
