But it might show up in some of the references at the bottom or links off of them. I noticed that most of the highest number "camps" were hospitals. Perhaps a hospital got a camp number even if it only had a few POWs for a short time and this is the case here.

Have you tried the axis history forum or the WW2 forum. I think both of them have at least one active poster from Italy and they might be able to help.

My grandfather was captured in Italy in April 1945 and was also sent to 368 P.O.W. camp and I could not find anything about its location. I am still doing my research and would appreciate any help.
