Hi there,a few years ago the Vladimir Putin released some information regarding the 2nd world war.
I don't know if you can give them a name and hope that they can come up with something but there is no harm in trying.
As time goes by we can only hope that the kremlin in all their wisdom can release more details on our loved ones, as did the soviets they suffered greatly also.

Write to:
Centr Archinoj Informacji i Rehabilitacji Zertw Politiczeskich Zertw Repreji
117 - 049 MOSKWA
Ul. Zytniaja 16
Russia.

and keep your fingers crossed. They are next to hopeless - lets say arrogant, when it comes to replying. Your nearest Russian embassy and or consulate may be a good start.

The International Council of the Red Cross in Geneva is a good bet.

Good luck, it all takes time.
