Indeed it is Haen, and I'm sure you've enjoyed your fair share of it but I think you missed the point on this one.......we now have haringdrop, shaped like a herring, very salty and coated in sugar........the most excellent drop ever :!: ......well.....in my humble little opinion anyways :D
All I can say about that: "yuck" !!!!! :oops:

I LOVE the real stuff though, but alas the dutch import store pricing because of the weak dollar, has gone for most items out of my reach.

Oh well, Salmon and Catfish are good too. :wink:

Hello everyone!

In german it is called "Lakritz". There are products in germany with licorice included too,
i mostly love the "Salmiakpastillen". They are not only made of licorice but also of Salmiak
(Ammonium chloride) which makes the drop taste stronger. No sweets for kids :)
You can also buy a good Schnaps with licorice and some salmiak included, called Salmiakgeist.
