Formed on 29 October 1943 in Bolzano fm SUDTIROL
On January 1944 located in Merano (I), Bolzano (II),Colle Isarco (III)
On February 1944 III in Roma. Involved in facts of Via Rasella (33 policemen killed).
On February 1944 I in Venezia-Giulia (Fiume and Abbazia) and II in Belluno
On April 1944 III left Roma to Firenze, then Val di Susa till July; then Santo Stefano di Cadore, with II.
April 1945 III surrended near Passo del Falzarego, II in Val d'Agordo
I/Bozen fm June 1944 till February 1945 Fiume and Pola. Retired to Tarvisio and surrended to British on Mai 1945
BRIXEN
Formed on October/November 1944 in Bressanone
Co. SS-Stubaf Ernt Korn
On late february rejected oath to Fuhrer. Consequently transferred to Slesia.
On March 1945 in Hirschberg. II/Brixen destroyed, rest to 31 SS division.
On April transferred under 20 SS (estonian)
Badly mauled, rest surrender to russians near Praga on Mai 1945
SCHLANDERS
Formed on October 44
Co Oberstleutnant Georg Hahn
initially located in Trento, Belluno and Vicenza was transferred to Roncegno (II), Pasubio (I) and Feltre (III)
April 45 retired till Austria, Bolzano, but surrender to Allied on Mai 45
ALPENVORLAND
Formed on June 1944

Located in Silandro II, III and Stab; Colle Isarco I
On September 44 transferred to Feltre (II), Belluno (III), Edolo (I)
On January 1945 II and III in Trieste
March/April 1945 II and III between Lubiana, Fiume and S.Pietro del Carso. Surrender near Villa del Nevoso (Ilirska Bistrica)
