Division z.b.V. 300 OOB

I recently picked up a Soldbuch for a guy assigned to both 205.Inf.Div. and Division z.b.V. 300 during his time in Kurland. Does anyone have any history on Div.z.b.V. 300 (which controlled a number of Estonian units) and its order of battle? I have the entry given in Tessin, but it's very sketchy. Any more information will be appreciated.
