Surrender of 11th PzD

Post by John W. Howard »

Does anyone have information about the surrender of the 11th PzD at the end of the war? According to a private account I read the 11th would only surrender to the US 90th ID, due to their respect for the 90th. And when the 11th did surrender they did so in formation and in a well-groomed condition. Any help would be appreciated. Best wishes.
