Can anyone help me clarify the tactical symbols provided by Mr.Hunter

I./ 4-18?
II./ 4-18?
III.(gep)/ 4-34?

What does the 4-18 and 4-34 mean?
4 platoon and 34 SPW or 18 trucks?

Also, can anyone provide the organizational symbol (Kriegsgliederung) for PzGrenDiv LSSAH in 1943.
If possible, for January-March 1943 and May-July 1943 gliederung.
