A novice to this, so hello everyone. A grenadier relative was taken prisoner in Calais November 44. It looks like the unit had a very short life, (Artillerie-Pak-Abt. 1037 (bo.) Jun 44 formed with 3 batteries, Sep 44 destroyed in France (La Rochelle?)). I'm told most Jerry records were destroyed. Are there any good links or addresses to write to and uncover more? All assistance welcome.

Other than that it appears they initially had the 3 batteries made up of Russian captured 76mm AT guns.
