The Monsun U-Boats – WW2 German Submarines In Asia

Post by ibrahim ahmad »

Good morning everyone :)

For the past couple of years Ive been gathering data on a unique subject which is WW2 german submarines in asia , the Monsun Uboats. http://monsun-uboats.blogspot.com/
It all started when the local singapore museum wanted me & some of my fellow teacher friends to do some WW2 historical presentation for the kids and thats how I found about this subject.

Could you please give me reviews ?? Any constructive ways to improve my website ?? Also if you can help me identify the people in the photo sections , that would be great.
And if you have any more information / pictures / videos , I would gladly appreciate it too.

Thank you,
Ibrahim

Good morning everyone,

Just a quick update on my website - The Monsun U-Boats – WW2 German Submarines In Asia , here are something new that I have added –

• Recommended reading of the late Gerald Shone’s "U-Boat in New Zealand Waters - U862's war patrol off Gisborne and Napier in 1945” attached to this post is a copy of the "Flyer" for this well researched book written over a period of 10 years.

• I’ve also uploaded a documentary video that chronicles the life of Indian freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose and especially his journey in uboat U-180 , that sailed from Kiel , Germany on 9 February 1943 ,all the way to the Indian Ocean to meet up with a Japanese submarine that continued his journey to the East.

Yours,
Ibrahim
