ID tag help

I have the following two German ID tags and would be appreciative for any information on to which units issued them or order of battle information. I believe the first may be a construction unit.

4.Kp.Bau.Btl.213

4.KP. I.K. 523

The first one is Fourth Company, Construction Battalion 213

The only "I.K." I'm familiar with is Infanterie Kolonne, but I'm not sure if that's right in this context. If he was some kind of mechanic, I could see him being assigned to an Infanterie Kolonne, but beyond that I'd be shooting in the dark.

This is the worst problem we have, there is a pile of bones, and some stupid f..... stole the nametag.
This people are the worst shitheads I can imagine
