I note that there were two sets of KStN table issued for these units during 1944 -

416, Staff and Staff Battery (motorised) in an Assault Gun Brigade, with Batteries of 10 or 14 guns, dated 01.06.44
416b, Staff and Staff Battery (motorised) in an Assault Gun Brigade, with Batteries of 14 guns, dated 01.02.44

446, Assault Gun Battery (10 or 14 guns), dated 01.06.44
446b, Assault Gun Battery (14 guns), dated 01.02.44

Examples of all but the last of these tables are available online, and there seems little difference between them beyond admin personnel. Was there any specific reason for the publication of two different sets of KStN tables? Were some units to adhere to one and others to the other, or did the June publications simply supersede the February version (even if in very short order)?
