I'm looking for info an 214 ID, specifically IR 367, and its roll in the Norwegian invasion. The info I have says that it landed in Kristiansand and headed north/northwest in the direction of Stavanger. Can anyone tell me how long this divison was actually engaged in fighting in that area? I would imagine they faced little resistance and basically went on to temporary occupation duties while the fighting continued up North. Can anyone help.
Thanks in adavance!!

Hello Brian!
According to Werner Haupt's "Die deutschen Infanterie-Divisionen" (1991), the 214. Infanterie-Division disembarked in Stavanger and made a fighting march towards the Kristiansand area where the Division linked up with the 163. Infanterie-Division, which came from the opposite direction, and together helped encircle Norwegian units. That's about it from that particular book I'm afraid...
