Could someone help me in this research? Or, at least, could give me the number of this K.St.N?

Have not seen a specific KStN for the 614. FlaBtl with this equipment.
One would need to find the order raising the 614. FlaBtl to see if there was a special KStN just for this unit, or if they took one of the existing KStN and made modifications to it.
It is probable that they took a regular self-propelled light antiaircraft company KStN and substituted a Pz-I chassis for the 1-ton halftrack. According to the Kriegsgliederung of 28.06.42, the three companies each had 8x 2cm mono and 2x 2cm quad guns. Possible (modified) organization:
KStN 192 - Fliegerabwehr-Kompanie (mot S), dated 1.02.41.
- Co Hqs: 4 motorcycles; 1 car (Kfz 1); 1 car (Kfz 15); 1 LMG.
- Signal Det
--- Hqs Sect: 1 car (Kfz 15).
--- 1 Lt Tele Sect c: 1 car (Kfz 15).
--- 4 Pack Radio Sect b: 1 car (Kfz 2).
- 2 SP’d Plt, each
--- Hqs Sect: 3 motorcycles; 2 cars (Kfz 15); 1 LMG.
--- Ammo Sect: 4 Pz-I chassis, Ausf A, for ammo.
--- Gun Sect: 4 Pz-I chassis, Ausf A, with 20mm Flak 38; 4 trailers (for 20mm Flak, without guns).
- SP’d Quad Plt
--- Hqs Sect: 3 motorcycle; 2 cars (Kfz 15); 1 LMG.
--- Ammo Sect: 2 halftracks (SdKfz 7/1 without guns).
--- Gun Sect: 2 halftracks (SdKfz 7/1 with quad 20mm Flak 38 ); 2 trailers (for 20mm quad Flak 38, without guns).
- Maint Sect: 1 motorcycle w/sc; 1 car (Kfz 2/40); 1 truck (3-ton).
- Co Trains: 1 motorcycle; 1 motorcycle w/sc; 1 car (Kfz 15); 2 trucks (2-ton); 2 trucks (2-ton/cc); 2 truck (3-ton/cc).
