I´m 35 years old now. This means the Dead Sea was getting ill when I was born.
As all soldiers know since thousands of years death is not noble. It´s just very final.

Avete!

WOW! I'm not alone in the world!

For those interested, I calculated the average age on this forum. It is 26.

I am 18 and am graduating from High School tomorrow, WOOHOO!
It is great to see how many young people there are here. No offense, but I had assumed most of you were 50+ men! :D It is great to see so many young people interested in the history of WW2 Germany. It is also encouraging to know that there are several young women interested in the Wehrmacht, as I have never encountered any. Why is it that you are so far away?!

Are any of you interested in Classical Greece and/or Rome?

Valete,

Hello Spandau!

First of all, let me congratulate you on your High School graduation today! It's a great day in your life and now you only have to figure out what to do with the rest of it :D ...life, I mean

I also find the age mix on Forum members rewarding. As I do all the different ethnical backgrounds that they have. This raises the quality and diversity on all arguments and inputs in all the different threads. It's good that so many young people as yourself has such a keen interest in history and in World War II. This said, being the "old" teacher that I am...

With best regards,

Krollspell (by quite a BIG marginal not yet "50+"!)

How old are you?

Post by Rudi S. »

Hello all you young ones above:
I celebrated my 81st birthday a day before yesterday I guess that makes me about 3 times as old as the average age of all the above contributors.
Some of you might know me from my (Rudi S.) posts. If not, you may find my interview on:

PS: I hope and wish that all of you young ones don't have to experience what my generation had to.

Tschüss, good-bye, aux revoir, dovyzenja, hasta la vista, a rividerci, etc.

I just wonder in June/July/August 1941 when the Germans were attempting to cross the Dnepr, was you part of Heeresgruppe Zentralle? Or Army Group Centre
