I find that I must scroll the width to take in the whole screen?
Is there anyway the window or screen can be reduced in size or is this problem confined to myself? Even when I enlarge the screen I still must do this scrolling to take in all of the window.

Also on the above photo's..........how can we read their histories?

I'll try to help you. On your computer, there's an directory called control panel, in the control panel there's a dierectory called display. In display you can change the size of the letters etc. I hope this will help you.

I don't think we are able to read about these men.

That is most likely due to the width of the header image used by Jason, it is probably simply too wide.

What is the resolution of your monitor? This set up is designed to utilize higher than 800x600. I will recheck it and make sure that the design is such that it displays ok on lower resolutions as well.

A problem is that if someone posts a wide image, let's say more than 600 pixels, the Table will 'open' to accomodate it. This is a problem when trying to print threads, as they will not fit into a page. It would be useful if you suggest that no one posts images of, say, more than 400x400 pikels or so.
Also, perhaps itr could be useful to reduce the header image by one or two guys, so that people with a lower resolution (800x600) won't have problems, but I do not know if this last is necessary.

I'm right on top of you!! :D I just removed one of the header images and checked it at 800x600 and found it doesn't cause the forum to scroll. I had originally thought that was the case as I check that before launched sections, but apparently I was checking at 1024 not 800x600. Now it should scroll and fit nicely at all resolutions.

As for the posting of images, I agree, they should be limited to a resonable width, but that may have to be a user-controlled issue. I'll post a comment about it in the FAQ asap.

I believe the problem has been resolved. I do have l024X800 if I remember.
Now I have another question if I may?

Will the private messaging function be activated?

Thankyou

Yes, I can enable that function, is it something you deem would be useful to have on the forum?

please do that, private messages are a good way to communicate "over" the forum so to say. However I got the feeling that you, jason, will get drowned in messages.

Yes, deem that it would be a well used function.
Those of us that are at the TRF use this function quite often.

I am sure if you polled others you would find this to be true?

Well I've had a few other requests for it so I believe it is a good suggestion and will go about setting it up!

Jason,
Would it be possible to enable an "edit" function (My spelling isn't all it should be!)

We already have a version, instead of hitting submit for your message hit preview instead and you'll be able to review your message as it will appear on the forum prior to it being posted. Is this what you were thinking of?
