Hey Thomas, I have been asking questions about you, and have found out what I suspected: I remember you! You went under the name of "SS-Standartenführer" on the Third Reich History Forum (as it was then known). You joined in March 2002, and they BANNED you on 8th April 2002. Your the littl...

Well Thomas, As for Brits passing the racial tests... Thomas Cooper served in the "Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler" and other units. He was the first Englishman to serve in the SS, joining in 1938. Do you accept the following: 1.Bruyninckx was born in England, Hull was his birth place. 2.As ...

Hi Forum,

I have just updated my Website section Brits in the Waffen-SS, it includes a list of British volunteers who served outside of the British Free Corps.
A mention about US citizens in the Waffen-SS.
The information on the Englishman George Bruyninckx has been enlarged.

Thomas, So you do not wish to read the DF story in original that states clearly that he was an "Englander"? I would scan it for you, or shall I post it on the forum for all to read? :D This article can be found in "Der Freiwillige" ( serial number 9/48 ) September 2002, page 28 l...

Hi Guys, Third Reich postal history is my main outlay when I invest money in my wartime hobbies... I really made a big move forward when I moved to Germany and found myself near the source of material, so to speak. It is important to use the Michel catalogue when doing any worthwhile research in Ger...

Hi Geoffrey, I was also a member of the GPS, I had no idea that they were still running, I will take a look at the website soon. I was myself a member some 25 years ago, but joined the BDPh when I moved to Germany. Do you remember two of my friends from the Third Reich Study Group? John Rawlings and...

Frederick, Perhaps I did not make myself clear? When I was refering to "killing for any reason, is murder" I was thinking in the framework of "assassination", reasons being for example, personal, political or national gain. Soldiers fighting at the frontline following the Geneva ...

For Thomas I have just posted a reply to Frederick regarding the use of the photo, I suspect you have already read that? I did not even know the same photo was on ABR, as I have not looked at the site for over a year, although I have had positive e-mail correspondence with Michael Miller in the past...

Mr Clemens, Ref: Images on internet As you mention the photo which Thomas "claims" to be his, I will tell you how I found it. I wanted a photo of Remer, sadly I did not have an original one except for the cover of the magazine produced by Remer in 1950s. I did a search using "info.com...

FOR THOMAS VANHASSEL For some reason you are determined to attack both myself and my Website. I do not think I have ever said anything bad about you, now or in the past? My wife was upset when you attacked her father (Werner Kinnett), why cant you post in a civil manner and by all means we can have ...
