Re: Waffen-SS Kragenspiegel/Colla Tabs
I think I may have made some sense out of this....... The photo must be dated 1938/early 1939 judging by the shoulder straps. The strange inclusion on the collar tabs are I think, the badge of the SA-Standarte Feldherrnhalle . I know that after the death of Roehm, the best of the SA were put under W...

Re: Help identify this troop
I doubt it'll help much, but I think at least 2 of the Senior NCOs in the front row are wearing the Flakartillerie branch insignia on their cuffs.

Re: Uniform ID

Re: Kroeker photo
He is in the Signals branch. I think he must be newly out of training, as he's wearing the early pattern shoulder straps which usually showed the unit number/designation. The fact that they're plain suggests to me that he hasn't yet been assigned to a unit.

Re: The most decorations, ribbons, medal on a WW2 German uniform
General Dr. Edmund Glaise von Horstenau seems to have his fair share too! 14 medals on the bar, 5 different neck orders, 4 breast orders and 1 sash order.
