Medal of Honor seris
I know the games are from the American perspective, but has anyone played them? I loved Frontline for the graphics. German recuitment posters could actually be read from close up.

Lost Victories
The Chapter on the Tragedy of Stalingrad or Hitler as Supreme Commander were my two favorite. Also the appedicies are excellent. I unfortunatly am not fluent in German and own the translated version. All in all worth the $20.00 I paid for it.

Rise and Fall....
I enjoyed the entire book. He skims over the battles but makes up for it when he talked about the experiments that were done at concentration camps

The Stg44
Aside of seeing the gun in my Handbook on German Military Forces, the Stg44 caught my attention in the Medal of Honor games. In the game the gun is very nice to use and a 30 round clip gives it the edge to the 20 round BAR. Thanks for the replies

Reunions
I'm glad I got such a good overall responce. In Germany it is a shame that those who fought and died for their country can't be honored. I'm not saying that the Einsatzgruppen should be praised, but Waffen-SS troops as a whole preformed quite well. They deserve to be held in high reguard as Luftwaff...

I'm looking for information on Priller. I know he was a Luftwaffe pilot but don't have much on him other wise. Any information would be greatly welcome. Thanks

MP44 or Sturmgewehr 44
I was wondering how effective the MP-44 was and if the Germans particularly like this automatic rifle? In many WWII movies you only see the MG-42 or the K98 Mauser rifle. Was it a good gun? Also I was told by a co-worker that the MP-44 was used as a model for similar Soviet weapons after the war. Is...

Hitlers Table Talk
I enjoyed reading Hugh Trever Ropers book. The conversations Hitler had with his guest are particulary disturbing at times, even troubling, but the reader gets a good understanding of how the man felt on various subjects. Any one care to respond?

Waffen-SS reunions
I was wondering if the Waffen-SS survivors have any type of reunions during the year in Germany? If so how do they get treated by their peers? Any information on this would be greatly appreciate. Here in the states we have a Veterans day but I don't know if the Germans honor those who fought for the...
