I am reading "Hitler's Volksturm" by David K. Yelton. He mentions that there were 336 Landesschutzen Battalions of which 86 were involved in frontline service. Does anyone have a listing of all 336 battalions? Thanks.

Divisional commander was GL Walter Hahm April-1-44 to Sept-30-44.

I am aware of the PzGrenDiv. Kurmark, but are you certain there was not an infantry division with the same name?

Have you tried "Die Grenadier Division der Waffen-SS",Teil 3, by Rolf Michaelis, 1995. He has several chapters on the 34.SS Division; including a regimental command listing of the 83rd.
