Let me pinpoint the EXACT location : The Weinstrasse, in Oberotterbach. The Höckerlinie is fully destroyed, the road is still there. We will go down there!

No, only once. If one was not awarded a KC, for example Hitler didn't agree the proposal, one could get a '2nd chance', a soldier could be proposed to be awarded a KC.
