Reb, Yes true they are not bloodthirsty maniacs completely but I would point to Israeli operations in the West Bank and they are more reminiscent of Despotic Regimes. I fail to see how Bulldozing houses on the Strip, shooting children who throw rocks or constant combat operations against the Palesti...

Has Israel no defenders? I despise the neo-cons and don't believe in foriegn aid except for disasters - never military aid to anyone. (note its not just the Israelis using our kit these days - arabs, egyptians, palestinians etc). That said - Israel seems to me to be the most civilized of the semiti...

Really Gary can you show me a poll that shows 99% of Americans didn't know about Islam? I mean you couldn't be lying could you? Not knowing about Radical Islam? I would daresay we did ever read Tom Clancy's Cardinal in the Kremlin? One of his few books where I cheered for the Soviets killing anything.

Trying to join an Armed Forces does not mean you are friendly to the Government. The US Army is learning this first hand with all the Bloods and Crips they have joining up just so they can kill more people when they get home. I would also point to the White Supremacist Movements which have a lot of ...

Reb that reminds me of Kurt Meyer's book where he talks about the Resistance setting aside that the Field Police were obviously not doing their jobs the brutality that the Partisans inflicted did cause reprisals in the towns they attacked and based from. A lot of the German warcrimes could have been...

Indeed as pzrmeyer2 has pointed out the areas with the most gun crime have the strictest restrictions on firearms. LA has pretty much everything under the sun banned and NYC has assault rifles banned. Unlike Utah which has very loose gun laws we have limited gun crime. In fact crime is prevented by ...

Not that I have problems with cops but I do have the problem with the over Militarization of it especially with the backing of the Pentagon. RC, while I understand the basic concern, I would submit that there are some areas that could probably do with more of that gear. Tom I agree and areas like L...

I can tell you GPS coordinates don't mean sh*t. I knew a guy in Force Recon and he never trusted the things hence during one of their deployment in South America they deployed off a slick into a raft then made their way to shore. The GPS said they had come in on the right position but this guy studi...
