Befehlsstelle = Befehl + Stelle

Befehl = Order, command, instruction
Stelle = Post, location, place

I think that in your case, this would mean Command post; Manthey and Georges being the names of the officers in charge.

This is only a guess...could it be that the fist 3 numbers gives the losses of officers: KIA, WIA, MIA and the remaining 3 numbers for the personell KIA, WIA, MIA? :?:
