In the Western Desert what was the Prime mover used in the Infantry Regiments for their 7.5cm Le/IG 18 L/11?

88mm FlaK 18/36 ammo
Up to and including 1942, was there an H.E round for the 88 (as opposed to a time delay fused A/A round)?
If so, what weight of explosive filler, and of what type did it contain.
Many thanks,
David.

Thanks for that. Sadly, Google image searches throw up so many "redherrings"as well.

Re: PzKpfw III Ausf F
Alan. Good point. I for one couldn't. (unless there was a clear shot of the drivers visor) I guess I was expecting to see a 5cm L/42 armed machine with the old (Ausf E/F) style of gun mantlet. But perhaps they were all replaced with the gun upgrade? Alan, I've just had another thought, wouldn't the ...

PzKpfw III Ausf F
Guys, can you help?
I'm looking for evidence, photographic or otherwise of the presence of PzKpfw III Ausf F in North Africa.
I had always assumed that they were, but can't actually find any photos.
Thanks in advance, David.

Schwere Artillerie Abteilung 864
This unit appears to have been used to form I Abteilung 155th Artillerie Regiment, and yet it was armed with 10.5cm leFH18. I would have thought that the "Schwere" presix would have intimated 15cm. Unless of course it was only the personnel that formed I Abteilung 155th Artillerie Regiment...
