As part of my interest in the German Wehrmacht, I have a particular admiration and respect for the men of the U-Boat Arm. I have acquired a great affinity towards them and strive to learn more about them at each opportunity. Resources such as Feldgrau and [/b]UBoat.net[/b] have been virtually godse...

Back to the original topic of Marseille vs Galland, I would say that Galland is more consistent but the real skillfull are Marseille. Don't forget that Marseille shot 17 planes in one day of two sorties in North Africa in 1941.

Most of the French will recognised Jean Mabire for his books on French volunteers of the Wehrmacht and Waffen SS, but his books on North Sea stories and post WW1 (before 1930s) histories are some of his unknown. His book on Baron von Ungarn-Steinberg, a German-Cossack nobility who organized an anti-...

Hello, I disagree with qualification "faction" for Mabire's books : he is not a novelist but an historian. I own all his books upon Waffen SS including Henri Landemer book "La Waffen SS" He keep real names, real units, real facts and reals places no fiction unless these "di...
