I had originally thought that was the case as I check that before launched sections, but apparently I was checking at 1024 not 800x600. Now it should scroll ...

What is the resolution of your monitor? This set up is designed to utilize higher than 800x600. I will recheck it and make sure that the design is such that it displays ok on lower resolutions as well.

Let me be the first to say that I know TRF has a similar set up, as do 10,000 other sites on the web, but frankly I think we both have drastically different designs and information layout.
