Right You Are
Rich, You are correct regarding AR 190. I dug out Jentz's Rommels Funnies and here is the complete situation as reported by Jentz. It was originally planned to issue 12 to AR 155(21PD), 12 to AR 33(15PD) and 6 to 90.leDiv for the 30 total. However 3 were lost in transit in July 1942 and 4 in August ...

Some Comments

I believe this is a typo and should be Pz II at 11(11) and Pz III at 34 (34). See Jentz Panzer Truppen Vol. 1 page 174. • You...

Steel-Wheeled Panthers
William,
Here is a link that will probably answer the question--Where did the 24 steel wheeled Panthers go?

Typical
5RANGLIAN, Remember they were mobile and no one walked. I also suspect that they horded vehicles since they were so hard to come. Also they would have to use civilian cars since cross country types were hard to come by. If you look at the TOE for the US 12. Armored Division you find 490 Jeeps authho...

Thank You
Nick, Thank you for the positive comments. Dugdale has come under much criticism since he has been unwilling to give data out regarding his sources. I take another approach in that in several dicscussions with him he has noted that he was 'ripped off' in the past and now has chosen not to divulge hi...
