Hi Troops !

Need some help!
Doing some research on Befehlshabers and ran accross the terms "Befh.Kanalinseln Aug.40-May.45" and "Befh.Transnistrien Dec.43-Apr.44"
Can anyone help me with what / where these terms refer to??
Any assistance greatly appreciated! :D
