Maori's fighting in Africa?

Hello,

I am looking for information about Maori's fighting in Africa against the Italians (and maybe even the Germans). Did they fight with the British? I also heard something about Maori's who did fight during the battle at Monte Cassino. Is this true or just a rumour?

Bye,

Alex

Rudolf Caraciola

Hello,

Who's got more information about Rudolf Caraciola, the famous German racer? I know he did survive the war, but did he serve in a Wehrmacht unit, or with the NSKK? In short, what did he do during the war?

Bye,

Alex

Do you have information about divisions where he served? I did find some information about the 215 I.D., which was at the Eastern Front from december 1941 till april 1945. It was destroyed in West Prussia.

So, could you be more specific?

Good luck,

Hey you all, But what about his age? He was born in 1908, so he was a bit old, wasn't he? He served as a sanitaeter later on, but in the 1940 Phone Book of Hamburg he is mentioned as a "Verwaltunsobersekretaer". When I was aconscript (1991-1), I didn't have much choice. I had to serve in t...
