I've read about this NEA, in a book of J.H. Wigmans: Ik was een der milioenen (I was one of the millions). He joined this NEA and was transferred to 251 I.D.

Info needed about Hegendörfer, NSKK-officer

Hello,

Who can help me out? I'm looking for information about Hegendörfer. He acted as a NSKK-officer in The Netherlands during the war. I found out that he survided the war and was kept in prison. And that's where my story ends. So, can anyone help me out?

Hello, Who can provide more info about Nachrichten Ersatz Abteilung 23? It was based in Berlin (Wehrkreis III?). Was it part of the 251 I.D.? I am familiar with a story of Dutchman who served there. I've got a pic of two RAD-soldiers in combat position near Rzhev (july-september 1942). They are NOT wearing any swastika armbands.

Did you check for RAD Troops of the Battalion K122 (Upper Silesia)? Thoze guys have seen some combat.

How about the Deutsche Rote Kreuz, suchdienst Arolsen? (http://www.drk.de, or something like that) It can take a lot of time, but they sure got some info.

First of all, he was prisoner in a Dutch camp. So he did have to tell what he did during the war, right? So were is the administration hiding? I think you can try at the gemeente Vught. They should know what ever happended with this administration.
