There is a picture of Oberjunker Wego Chiang Wei-Kuo, son of Chinese NAtionalist leader Chiang Kai-Shek, serving in a Heer Gebirgsdivision.. there were several Spanish volunteers in the 17th Luftwaffe Field Division during Battle of Normandy

Early May 1945, somewhere in Southern Germany, 12 French from the 33 Waffen SS Grenadier Division “Charlemagne” surrendered to US troops.
