Thats interesting. They were in operations with the 50 Inf Division (if what i have found is correct) so I wonder if that`s who would have given them arty support.
Martin I have never placed a great amount of faith in Wiki but sometime it is a starting point
From what I have read the Pz Bn and the I/Pz Gdr Bn were the units that stopped the Soviet advance. Is this correct or where there other elements of FGB involved?
Hi Alan and Martin Many thanks for the replies. Those questions are answered thanks. So there was not a 3rd Pz Gdr Bn? I found out were I ran across my numbers initially posted, it was wiki and as much as I don't like to use them they were about the only info I could find http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...

Don't know what the gun is tho sorry, could look it up I know but........ It appears to be a 2.8 cm schwere Panzerbüchse 41 (sPzB 41). Nice photo's by the way....

I have been told that the book "Bloody Streets" has the entire Division with 6,758 soldiers with 8 Hetzers but no other details...... This quote from Martin Block was passed on to me The Jagdpz. 38 company with the 9. Fall...
I am looking for information on what FJD9 had for vehicles - if any - and heavy weapons around the Seelow Heights time frame. These would be the unit's that were not at Breslau.
