Hi Arquille I am a soldier and what we in the British army call a Petroleum Operator. In the 80's i came across several old WW2 cans with German markings. A thought!

As i pack my gear for yet another tour of Iraq a thought just occured to me, and please forgive me if this has been covered already as i haven't been around the old site for a bit.

How would old Adolf dealt with the current problems in Iraq, assuming he had got there.

If i remember correctly "drop tanks" were used during the fighting in Spain but as Lorenz rightly say's the pilots didnt rate them.

Ok well maybe I can narrow this down a little.

If anyone has any pilot list of fighter units, either single or multi engine, no matter how small it would be a great help.
