What kind of cloth was the 44 dot uniform mad out of. HBT, Cotton, or wool? Were they made out of many different kinds of cloth?

What is the purpose for having 2 sets of sling swivles on the Vz 24? I have found alot of info on the Vz 24 but not 1 reason for this.

What did the germans do with all the captured mausers from Poland, Yugo, Check, Holland, and Denmark? I have seen some pics of what might be "foriegn" mausers in the hands of second line units POA, Police, and "helpers". What do you guys think?

How much equipment would ost units have kept from the USSR. I know when they were moved to France that they were in german uniforms, but would they have kept the 91/30 rifle, or would it have been out of the question for them to have kept thier red army boots?
