I'm very satisfied to see yet another effort in offering research material in a digitized way (e.g. Richard Hedrick's sturmpanzer.com, John Moore's Führerliste). Some fighting took place in early September 1944, during the German retreat. I.SS-Pz.Korps was holding part of the Meuse against elements of the 9th US Infantry Division, 3rd Armoured Division and 4th Cavalry Group. At least elements of the 2.SS and 12.SS were involved in the fighting.
