Re:

Hello Gentlemen! I find the following photograph very touching since every soldier of every nation has a family that saw him being born, playing around as a beloved child and growing up to be man. Then comes war... On this specific photograph I imagine the Son going on to war and his Father accompa...

Hopefully this reply goes through, had troubles trying to reply back then. Tixodiokti, I am Australian but both my parents were born in Greece... but I like to follow up on things back in the Old Country, actually very much. :-D Oh, and apologies for the smiley in my initial post. That was caused by...

There's one more test now the surgeon wants to do, to narrow down the options. I have to wait about two weeks to get back with him to schedule that. I like ruling out what the problem isn't , before deciding what it is ! Tom, since it's been a while now since that particular post, I assume everythi...

Robert, I would have thought that such a 'prohibition' extended only insofar as negative comments were made about this or other websites (a common sense approach and applies to other fora as well; such as computing forums one of which I was administrator of and the same policy was upheld there too)....

Dear Mr Houlihan, I also would like to send you my best wishes and that whatever else it is that you have been informed of, is NOT in any way serious. -Some 'humour'- Oh, and 24 hours without tobacco, "the horror, the horror". As Sherlock Holmes once said "24 hours [or was it 48hrs???...

Doktor Krospell, I know what you mean, I was and at times, can still be guilty of those sorts of enthusiasms. If it wasn't for that particular picture, I probably would have opted for a "cool" (I mean that as a figure of speech, not in a derogatory manner) Kurt Meyer picture or some other ...

Curses! I tried logging in about six hours ago but got a long error message similar to the one you get when Feldgrau doesn't work, ending with the line 'pHb8 critical error' or blabber to that effect. Now I just get a 'document contains no data' message. Oh, you could get that far could you? I've j...
