There were five VCs awarded for bravery at Arnhem. i Tried http://www.victoriacross.net and i think the soldier was Robert Henry Cain but i'm not sure.

Why do so many people seem obsessed with the good ol' Tiger? i know it looks good and was great at fighting but it seems anything to do with panzers focus on the Tiger. any thoughts?

British VC At Arnhem
Does anyone know the name of the soldier who won the VC at Arnhem? it was on the BBC recently with Jeremy Clarkson. I missed it but my dad was explaining how he won it, the guy sounded pretty impressive!

In "Encyclopedia Of German Tanks Of World War Two" by Peter Chamberlain and Hilary Doyle it mentions "platypus tracks" in the supplementary armour appendix. What were these tracks? not being an expert they look like normal tracks.
