Hi Warnach, there is no feldpost numbers on the covers, just the unit. I am putting it in my exhibit, "should I just say out of 100 feldpost numbers since there is not one on the covers There is noway to know the feldpost." unless i can translate the letters the answer may be there, but i ...

I have 3 covers from the german 87th infantry division mailed over 5 days in the courtland pocket. Can someone tell me how to find the feldpost number of this unit.

I have a cover feldpost that has the following on the reverse, "an das Reserve-lazarett Haus-Gilead, Ohren-abt Bethel" and
"N.E.A. 6 Bielefeld" from Gefr. Friedrichs, Gen-kp. 11.9.44-ambulant 9 Uhe"
does these entries cover this lazarett? Can someone help?

this first cover the seal spells out the unit it came from, but the two feldpost numbers on the reverse say other units, is there a method to this?
