The only guess that I would hazard here is that these fellows are members of the Technische Nothilfe. The Service Caps, collar tabs, uniform cut, and cuffband all seem suggestive of that branch, but the photo lacks the detail to confirm this.

Sniper Elite for Playstation 2 is a great first person shooter, where you are an OSS sniper disguised as a German sent to Berlin in the final hours to secure some German scientist.

Great fun!

A cuffband is clearly visible on the left sleeve of the trooper on the far left. This would be consistent with an SS unit. The tactical symbol on the front of the halftrack denotes Armored Infantry...aka Panzer Grenadier. The R beside the symbol may indicate the halftrack is part of a command unit. ...
