A Non Commissionned Officer is exactly what the word says, they're a non commissionned officer. They are te...

That is just way too freaky. I live in Manitoba and checked the phone book and found a Arthur Cryderman. Could be a coincidence. Seriously call him up and ask him if he use to be in the Saskatoon Light Infantry. I'm sending out letters to those who's mailing address I found, without the mention of ...

Call him up and ask him if he's a veteran, then ask what regiment (I'd be surprised if he'd admitt being in the SS, if it is him that is)!!! :D

It would be pretty cool if it was him!

Canadians in the SS

I'm looking for any info anyone has. I know there were a few in the British Free corps and there are rumours of some French speaking Canadians in the Charlemagne division. If you have the regiment of some of the members please attach it with their names. Thanx all!

It's not East German, I know it has the same cut as the more modern style. But it's thick wool. I know the luftwaffe had the same cut tunic, more or less, and it's somewhat similar to the M37. But that's all I've found so far!

Anyone have any pictures of any soldier from the battalions with the parachutist badge on their uniform. I remember seeing one a few years ago in a book, but since then I havent been able to find anymore.
