Becoming a H.Stu.Art.Brig. had nothing to do with the allocation of StuH. It was just the adding of the 4.(Begl.Gren.) Bttr. that made the difference.

Strange but true, the KG Maempel is completely absent in italian sources. I beleive they consider it full part of 298th.
