maybe the V- stands for Verzögerungs- (decelaretion).

I´m no specialist for ammunition, so i can give no guarantee for this option.

Hello Buzz,

this is an inspection certificate for a parachute.
When a parachute is packed in its bag, the packer and/or the checker has to confirm the control of the parachute in this certificate.
I think, that every parachute has such a certificate.
