Does anyone have the dates s for the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th panzer Fahnenjunker Lehrgang. I am also looking for students for these lehrgang and instructors as well

It is interesting. My dealings with dealers and publishers in Germany have ranged from outstanding to abysmal. It seems that there is nothing in between.

Yes, it is Patzwall. It doesn't list the citation with the award, but it contains over 21,000 recipients with only a few spelling errors that I have been able to find so far. I have had my copy for about a year now.

I purchased a directory of German Cross in Gold winners directly from Biblio Verlag. Besides taking a while to arrive since it was sent surface mail from Germany, it is a great book.

Part of that is determined by the branch of service the soldier belongs to. if the branch was a combat branch they could possibly be a Hauptmann by the end of 1940.
