Concerning the Bagration Operation S.Zaloga in the Osprey publication states that there were (in AGC) roughly 400,000 frontline or combat troops amongst the 52 'division equivalents' with a further 400,000 in support, admininistrative and non combat roles. I account only 43 ordinary divisions in AGC...
