Re: Forthcoming JJF: 23. Panzer-Division/Rebentisch

I think it is you who said their books don't sell well. Obviously you don't have whatsoever brain to store what your foul mouth has just spitted out. Only a toad could so completely ignore what he just croaked so loudly!

Re: Forthcoming JJF: 23. Panzer-Division/Rebentisch

Bah! Who ever heard 23.PD in the west? I bet most of those who did hear about it would believe the entire division was destroyed outside Stalingrad. If they really want to translate some east front division history, the 24th is far easier reading for casual readers. Or 7th PD. At least this one is w...

Re: Forthcoming JJF: 23. Panzer-Division/Rebentisch

It depends on how you define "dry". For a fans of HPS panzer campaign games this book is obviously not dry at all. But how they manage to do this translation suddenly? They proclaimed that Band II of Guten Glauben Waren would be published soon, but their so called "soon" seems also mean several year...

Re: welcome to read my blog of unit history reviews.

There is really no good reason to keep him wait just because I want to write something.... The book Fus-Regt.39... I cannot find it... must placed this one on some place and the...

Re: Germany and the second world war

Vol. VIII is all about Eastern Front (from Kursk to Budapest), considering buyers of English Edition, you could understand it must stay in the bottom of translation priortity list.

Re: Division Books

There is no eigene book about 73 division You have to find a book named "Infanterie Regiment 213", and Kurowski's Fränkische Infanterie, which he wrote for Kam.d.IR 55, 170, 521. The Regiment 170 belongs to 73.Division. The price is not cheap, here is an example http://www.amazon.de/Das-Infanterie-R...

Re: Memoirs

If your German is not too bad, and if you could find a copy by inter libray loan, Hermann Balck's Ordnung im Chaos should be a good reading.

Re: Spielberger English translations last one Pz38t

The book Leopard's translation is done by an Irish translation group, and labelled as finished in last century, so this has nothing to do with Schiffer?

Edward Force? That is quite strange name.

Re: Spielberger English translations last one Pz38t

One question. Is there a translation for his Leopard I/II book? Last year I got one English version of this book. However the publisher is still motorbuch verlag, that is somewhat confusing, as motorbuch usually doesn't publish any english version of their books.
