Thanks
Bob

Gents
Has anyone read anything from these people and care to comment on the quality of material?
I wonder who Breaker McCoy is?
The Cartoony pics do not inspire confidence
Cheers

Few more bits 'n' pieces Cheers Bob 86th Chemical Mortar Battalion Company C in the Battle of the Bulge From The Bulge Bugle May 1995 The men, mortars, and jeeps and trailers were gone. They searched the gun pits for some evidence of what had happened. While thus occupied, out of the woods stepped L...

36ID (mot) Kalinin 15/10/41
Gents Does anyone have the disposition of the sub units of the 36 Infaterie Div (mot) on or around the 15th October 1941. Some (all) of the division was deployed south east of Kalinin and fought of a counter attack by the 21st tank bde. There is plenty of info on the battle from the Soviet side but ...

Re: Soviet Anti Tank Weapons
There is some evidence that in 1941 the Soviets also manufactured a crude mortar type weapon called an 'ampulomet' I think the evidence is overwhelming. Anyway some pics http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb212/Bob_Mackenzie/ampulomet/Ampulomet2.jpg http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb212/Bob_Mack...

Waldfeucht
Gents I am interested in finding more detail on the counter attack at Waldfeucht on 21 Jan 1945 by the 301 FKL Abt and 341 StuG Bde. I'd really like to see a detailed contemporary map of the town and get some in info on the German forces that attacked the town, which I assume were from 176ID I have ...

Sturmpanzer Abt 216 at Ponyri July 43
Gents I am aware that 216 was part of Panzerjager Regt 656 for Zitadelle however its parent unit was spit-up to support the various attacking infantry units, for example Panzerjager Abt 653 was attached/supporting 86ID. This makes me suppose that 216 was allocated in a similar way. Does anyone have ...
